Target Heart rate

I used a heart rate monitor today and thought it was great. I know it is important to work out in your target heart rate zone. To get the most out of your work out you need to stay in this zone for at least 20 min. I like how i just need to look at my wrist to check my heart rate. It is a lot easier than taking my pulse and doing the math.
